GTC
General Terms and Conditions (GTC) of CareerLink
Scope
These GTC apply to all users who make use of the services of CareerLink.
Terms of Use
Only persons of legal age are permitted to use the services of CareerLink. Users are obliged to provide truthful and complete information on the platform. The use of CareerLink’s services is at the user’s own risk and users agree to comply with these GTC and all applicable laws and regulations.
Registration and Profile
In order to use CareerLink’s services, users must create an account. When registering, they must provide a valid e-mail address and create a password. Users are responsible for ensuring that their account remains secure and that no unauthorized third parties have access to it. Users can edit or delete their profile at any time.
Publication of job offers
Employers may publish job offers on the CareerLink platform. By publishing job offers, employers agree that the job offers can be viewed by potential applicants.
Data protection
CareerLink is obligated to comply with the applicable data protection regulations. For more information, please see our privacy policy.
Liability
CareerLink assumes no liability for the accuracy, completeness or timeliness of the information published on the platform. We are not liable for any damages that may arise from the use of the platform.
Changes to the terms and conditions
CareerLink reserves the right to change these GTC at any time. Users will be informed of any changes to the GTC by e-mail. By continuing to use the platform after the GTC have been amended, users accept the amended GTC.
Final provisions
Should individual provisions of these GTC be invalid, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions. Swiss law shall apply. The place of jurisdiction is the registered office of CareerLink.
